Well, if it isn't that time of year again, the time when fashion breathes new life into its wearers, viewers, and devoted fans. The Met Gala is an annual event attended by a lot of VIP people you don't see parading the streets of your home town in your every day life. Celebrities, fashion pioneers and icons strut the beet red carpet, adorned with some of the most beautiful cloths, jewels and gems, looking like a million bucks. This year's Met Gala is dedicated to Karl Lagerfeld, the fashion visionary who passed away in 2019. Attendees were asked to dress in honor of this fashion icon, and they certainly did their best, as they showed up in color palettes that included black, white, shades of grey, pinks, and the occasional dash of blue. As Vogue puts it, 'it was all very Parisian'.
